Terms and Conditions

  1. Dates are confirmed only after the advance payment (usually 50%) is received.
  2. Any changes in dates or venues must be informed at least 7 days in advance. Such changes may incur additional charges, and the final decision to continue or discontinue the project will rest solely with ShotCut Studio.
  3. Rescheduling due to weather conditions or personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund of the booking amount. In such cases, the client will be required to rebook the dates with a new advance payment, subject to studio availability.
  4. Please share your detailed event schedule at least 3 days before the event.
  5. Kindly ensure our team has access to all key moments and locations during the event.
  6. Please ensure uninterrupted space for photographers and videographers to work. Avoid crowding around.
  7. One official working day is defined as up to 12 hours of continuous coverage. Any additional hours beyond this duration will be charged extra as per the studio’s extended-hour rates.
  8. Delays beyond the scheduled time may also lead to extra-hour charges.
  9. For shoots outside Rajkot, or outstation assignments, travel, food, and accommodation for the team will be borne by the client.
  10. Final payment must be cleared before delivery of photos, videos, or albums. Delayed payments may result in a hold on project delivery or late fees.
  11. All project data is securely stored for a limited period. Long-term data archiving is available as a paid service, and any data retrieval or reclaim request after delivery will incur addition al charges.
  12. Once all final data has been delivered, the client is responsible for securely storing their copies. Shotcut Studio is not liable for any loss or damage after delivery.
  13. In the unlikely event that data or images are lost or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, Shotcut Studio is not liable, and no refunds will be provided.
  14. Raw files are not shared unless mutually agreed and billed separately.
  15. Requests for changes in edits must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Further revisions will incur additional charges.
  16. Each project includes one round of minor revisions (color tone, exposure, or sequencing). Major re-edits (song changes or style changes) will be billed additionally.
  17. Shotcut Studio reserves the right to use selected images and films for portfolio, promotions, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  18. All copyrights remain with Shotcut Studio.
  19. Any changes or additions to these Terms & Conditions must be communicated and approved in written form or via official email. Verbal agreements will not be considered valid.
